Cancellation & Refund Policy
We at Hype Hazard aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. Please read our policy regarding cancellations and refunds below:
1. Order Cancellations
- You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order or before the item is shipped—whichever comes first.
- Once the product is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
- To cancel, please email us at hypehazard@gmail.com with your order ID.
2. Returns and Refunds
- Returns are only accepted in case of defective or damaged products.
- To initiate a return, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo proof.
- Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return shipping.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Clearance/sale products are non-refundable unless damaged during delivery.
4. Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the error is on our end.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer exchanges. Please place a new order after receiving your refund (if applicable).
